Friends and readers have often commented that they would like us to take them along on one of "our" trips. With that in mind, the idea of putting together our own, unique wellness get away seemed a natural step. We like yoga, it's not all we like. We enjoy meditation but also relaxation, natural surroundings enchant us, as does our 5 star room with the pillow top mattress. Either we're walking contradictions or wellness is not an absolute state achieved only by following one rigid set of rules.
